It is a common phrase that to catch a fish you have to think like a fish. One thing to note is the light and dark hours and how they change throughout the year. For example if you go to an unused office building or a storage facility than the bugs will be much bolder than in an inhabited location but still there will be much more after dark and so will there be more criminals and secretive actions (it can be young children playing cops and robbers or anything else, positive or negative) The same applies to our energy cycle and how much energy we have during the day. For every one it is different but you can teach your body to be more up during the workday (whenever it is) by adding more movement and eating prior to the action in the interval that suits your metabolic rate. This requires awareness to your body funshions and patience but the reward is worth it. Enjoy the jurney.
