A few drill to learn to use the legs using a hacky sack:

1. In bare feet, pick up the hacky sack using your toes and bring them to your hands from the front and back.

2. grab the hacky sack with your toes and throw it up to your hands and back down.

3.  grab the hacky sack with your toes and place it on the top of the other foot and than throw it up to your hands.

4. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it up over your head from the back and front (relax your hips and neck)

5. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it in the air (hight is not the aim here) and balance it on the top of the throwing foot.

6. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it in the air and balance it on the top of the other foot (you cange supporting feet as the ball is in the air)

7. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it up in the air and balance it on either knee.

8. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it in the air and balance it on your chest.

9. grab the hacky sack with your toes  and throw it in the air and balance it on your head.

10. Place the  hacky sack on either knee and let it roll down the shin to your foot and balance it there.

11. Juggle the hacky sack between your feet.

12. Juggle the hacky sack between your knees.

13. Use your entire body to keep the ball moving through the air and add more players to this drill.

  1. this is a wonderful drill. just today i made a lot of things with my hacky-sack which are similar to the drill. I used to kick it up in the air and catch it with breast, feet, shoulders and other parts of my body. the main principle, as you totally right suggest in your drill, is to use the whole body to move or stop and hold the hacky-sack. thanks a lot, much appreciated, my brother and me love to play around with this idea.
