Have a partner throw you to the ground and as he throws you to the ground arrange to bring him with you and repeat. For example if he puts his hips as the axis and rotates you around them, put your arm around his neck and let the movement bring him with you. Another example is to drop yourself as the partner tries to grab a hold of you and his tension with bring him down. Keep moving as you reach the ground, otherwise you might become stuck in the fall.
