Lean against the wall with your back and head and place one ankle over the other knee. Now slide down comfortably with your exhale or inhale and rise back up in any way you find fit. This state gives you a bit of pressure so you can learn your responces in times like these and grow them up to your own way of movement. For example I chose today to use my head (neck muscles) to inch the first few inches up and it is added to my known ways of movement. On Sunday I might put my hands on the top of the supporting knee and push. To every problem there is more than one solution.
