Take two small balls and place them in your hand extended ahead of you. close your eyes and drop the balls. Open your eyes as you let go of the balls and try to catch them with the other hand. Play with the position of the hand and how you release the balls and have fun with this. Now place one ball in the other hand and let go of it as you go for the other two balls and see how this goes for you. You can throw the ball from the hand behind your back and over your head and than open your eyes or press the ball between your feet and throw it up and than try to catch it and any other variation you can think of. With a partner this is even better and don’t forget to do this drill as you walk, sit and roll.
