Stand and place your palms and fingers on th meeting of the small of your back and your behind. Now tilt the hips up and relax and repeat to all sides several times and than relax and breath through this area and feel your body relax against the touch. (This is helpful to relax both the hips and shoulders together and teaches awareness to the body relaxation against support. It can be used to calm an area and to reach a better aligned and relaxed posture.) Now half squat and feel with your hands the change in the muscle activation and posture. Stay in this position or walk keeping the hight and relax. Breathe, Smile and enjoy.
