Good evening.

This is a simple idea that can run a lot of paths. If there is something in the way of your movement, move it out of the way. If it’s a hand coming at you slide to the side and if it is YOU who is in the way move the disturbance away. Here is a simple example: suppose you are sitting with legs straight in front of you on your behind. Lean forward and try to lie down. Since the legs are in the way, lift them a fraction of the ground and pivot from one hip so you turn to lie flat exactly where you sat. You can start by using a hand on the ground as a brace and later remove the training wheel or just enjoy a few tumbles till you find your way. I reccomend the later.

If you are working with a partner, have him push on your back and try to keep your alignment while not leaning on the hand. Let the hips move freely and try to move the spine and torso as you can to accomodate this. You can also stand close to a wall and have your friend or a few people push and pull on you as you accomodate and remain calm.If you let theoutside make you an attacker you will suffer from this.
