Breathing wise. If you don’t have much time in the morning to do anything, you can just do this on the fly. First relax your stomach as you inhale and let the air in. As you exhale you release the upper diagphram and important, be aware to the tention in the throat and mouth. They can be heard too if your breath makes a sound at all. As you sit in the bus or whatever: Breath in and out evenly. Do not force it and let the pause happen between them. Go through the body as you see it and breathe in and out through the parts. I for example try to feel the bones and ligements, the joints and muscle vibration. As you go try to let the parts fall into place. Let the back (upper and lower) come into the no tention zone so it’s not a task to sit or stand. This way you start the day aligned and relaxed. even if you had to run to catch the bus like me.
