Sometimes doing two things at once can enhance your performance. For example start moving your head in flat circles, as if your head is drawing a circle from an overhead view. As you do this be aware and relax your shoulders. The same happens at the last stages of climbing a rope as the effort tenses you up and if you are aware you can overcome this and do the work without any effects that can harm you later on. Each moment is on it’s own but you have to survive and live all the way and going all out on one burst will not leave anything for later.
