Just a little little note. As you lift your legs to the legs overhead, consider drawing the hip bones to their sockets. It’s a different approach to the movement than drawing an arch with your feet in the air and such and may help you to become free from tension coming from perception. 

Another note on knee health: lie on your back and slowly (very slowly) bring your knees to the chest without forcing them and back to a straight position without touching the ground a few times. Your knees may pop a bit. It’s a preasure release of joint fluid pressed cold and gas bubbles doing their thing. unless you are making a lot of noise it’s ok though you may want to move the joint a bit first. Drwing lines in the air or as Mikhail likes, draw your name or a favorite psalm.
