One way to remove mental crutches is to read a book without a marker. I had no way to mark the page I was reading one day so I decided to remember the number instead and though I read a few books at once (No I am not a spider, just rotation) I can still do it and it is easy after a while. The thing is we learn to aid ourselves in places we need no help and then condition ourselves that we cannot do without. Once you pay atention, the road to freedom is open.

My Ballet teacher gave us a talk about nutrition as we were sweating on the floor and one thing I had not payed much attention to, was the combination issue. Different affects result from mixing food types together. For example If you eat meat there is more chance to add weight (in fat) if you add white bread to it. I will check it out to see how this worlks for me.

Most of the time we seek outside assistance to lessen the ordeal we see life as (My English teacher is not a happy camper right now…) for instance I am working on some gymnastics now and a few people told me I need to get bigger. In my view the balance and awareness results in a clean machine that runs better than a giant pump arm. Also I am very lazy and I have no wish to carry so much wherever I go.
