Stand in front of a mirror and lift one arm. Shake your hand vigorusly and try to free the rest of the body so it will not affect the neck and other parts for example. The same idea can be done with some weight in hand such as a bucket of water before you douse and on and on. I dislike doing artifitial work that has no baring to reality so I go by that notion. To each his own.
