As you are well versed in breathing in and out and breathing through the different body parts as well (try to inhale through your shin for example, not just air but relaxations and awareness) Try to do this with equal parts of pause between the in and out phases and while you are in the pause continue to breath through the organ whether in or out and see how this serves you. For me that is a good way to concentrate and heal. I hope this helps you too.

Learning to roll with friends can be easy enough. For starters lie on the floor and have a friend pick something up. A leg a neck an hand and so forth and start to move with it. A few steps backwards and than a turn to the left and so on. Try to keep the soft tissue on the hard ground and move with your whole body together. A dirrected turn will cause imbalance for the person doing the carrying and he can tell you you are swiming against the flow. Once this is done, you can grab two limbs and so on. I like to hold two feet and have the person on his belly and slowly arch up. It’s a fine way to relax.

Learning to use levers can be equally easy. Just streach and see what movements and holds bring the body naturally to move tension from one place to the other. Hold hand in hand and move them and twist till the movement transfers to the elbow and shoulder and so on. Do the same with feet and hands and place your hands on your body and push and pull. Don’t forget the head in this and if you do this with a partner and have more than one person winding one than he had a chance to learn to relax under stress and that will carry over. And don’t forget to breath. Count out loud and it will remind you.
