A few fun variations for rolling:

Rol while holding on to an ankle with the same side hand. Roll with two hands held together. roll with both arm at the back. Roll holding onto a baby doll. Roll backwards to a prone position. Roll by jumping ahead and doing the breast stroke with your hands and than rolling with the end of that motion. Roll with your hands in your pockets. Roll with eyes closed. roll in front of a wall and slowly lessen the distance till you come up within the wall. Roll with feet together tied or just held. Roll as two people are twisting your arms. Roll as one person is lifting and holding on to one of your legs. Roll while eating a very good sandwich. Roll over a book (hard cover !). Just roll and have fun. Make note of how you get up when you are tired. It is important to pay attention when you come out and see if there are hidden habbits to bring you down there. A movement that causes pain overtime. Pay attention.
