Try this too. Hold the knife in your hand and run it along your body with the flat of the blade. Use both hands and do it while both standing sitting and prone. Now hold the knife in the crook between the neck and the shoulder and move around. Use the armpit, elbow squeeze,thigh to stomach, knee and anything else you come up with and move about a little. Now roll this way while keeping the knife in place. It’s very beneficial to creating both relaxed and tenseness in the body at will.
