An easy low tech way to teach yourself not to lean. Hold a tray and on the far hand have another place a heavy mug of water and than on and off again. Try to be the form rather than the balance of tensions. Consider what it means to keep form rather than equalize preassures. That way there is not outside disturbance and once you are calm on the inside you can really move. As always this is but one way to do things. explore and find your own systema. (The original version is the simple hand over hand clap game or forearm over forearm where the over or lower hit and the other has to act accordingly, this version lends itself more to form and less to natural movement developement. It has it’s ups and downs and both can aid in your developement.)
