Try breathing as loudly as you can like a horrid clearing of the throat. Now slowly lessen the sound you are making till there is none, you hear and repeat. It’s the same as tensing up to learn to relax only audiobly rather than muscular.

Another thing would be to open hand slap your sides and rest of you. Start with a flat tensed hand and gradually relax the hand so it wraps around the body and experiment what works best and on which parts.

Another note from Paul’s DVD whould be on the placment of fists exercise. Note that additional to the right fit of the fist IN the body of your partner it should stay put and not move around as you move the forearm inward.

On a tactical level of getting things done working with people, it is my experience and many others who have more experience than mine that you should hand out objectives rather than instructions and have the people work freely using their own placement and intuition and the result will be better than micro management and long discussions. In systema we use many drills which build this ability for intution. you have to learn and work hard to be free and intuitive and use both the logical and the not so logical to be whole and free.
