As you practice working without panic through a prolonged pause stage in breathin, you can change the situation completly by cupping a hand over your mouth or pinching your nose shut. Later on work on this with a partner. Being able to work calmly when a person is strangling you well will enhance your awareness to your reserves and let you get to know yourself throughout. Little things like small unintentional gasps of air can really matter. Put your pace in a bowl of water and wait 🙂

To grow sensitivity in the hands try this. Take a plastic water bottle like a Coke bottle of 1/2 a litter and start to turn in in your hand. Horizontally, vertically and around the hand. This means you let the bottle drop over the blade of the hand and through keeping contact with the bottle you rotate it so it goes around the hand and than back again over the other side of the palm. Now close your eyes and do this 🙂 Do so outside on the grass or on a carpet to avoid making noise. Fill the bottle to the max. It will be easier that way.
