Consider a fist coming at you from the side (or you moving so it comes from an angle you want it to) Now raise your hand relaxed with palm down and allow it to drape under the hit and move it so it does no harm. Be mindful to create an angle that will not lead the hit to you unless you want to catch it with the throat and shoulder. Work slowly and learn. Otherwise what use does the work serve ?
