Many times we become entangled with other people feelings (wanting to perform a tecknique, anger, frustration) or limbs and body. To learn to relax the ego muscle do this. Have a person or more come at you and allow them to move and only redirect them so they don’t clash into you. Do this over a while and rel=place roles so you too will feel how hard it is to grab and hit what isn’t there. Later evolve this into a more to the point (logical solution) type of learning and remember once the person is on the ground you need to either change your location (get into your car and drive, run away, close the door etc) or finish it. We learn the ground is just that. It will not harm you if you accept it and so if you drop someone finish it.
