If you are aware of your leg position and movement, there is little more to be done as you roll. Both limb sets (arms and legs) are capable of rolling the body no matter how the other is set as a rope can be pulled from each end. If you still meet the floor uneasily try first from your knees as you move forward and place one arm on the floor flat. Now rotate it on the shoulder axis till the movement flows naturally to the position of the shoulder and all the way to the other shoulder and arm. Slowly breath and on that smooth surface (the tangles of the shoulders and head have been twisted into a flat big knot) roll. The same applies t other back where you start from prone position and as you progress you can move up and explore. Where you position your hand in relation to your body in the standing position is also of importance. If it is between or outside the legs (draw imaginary straight lines from the ankle to the toes and forward == vectors) than the body creates that nest to roll in naturally. Stay relaxed and don’t overdo this. It is said that it is OK to give up as long as the feet keep moving and you should know how to keep your spirit and do so wisely so if one angle is giving you a hard time or a drill makes you very tense, move to another and come back to it later and so you will not hurt yourself and learn to be intuitive.shoulder and all the way to the other shoulder and arm.
