One thing you can always use is taking away some freedom to find out how much more you can do with the rest. closing your eyes is the first and obvious one. You can limit you other sensory input by wearing thick gloves and much more. In the realm of mobility working with hands in the pockets, tied to some extent and with shoe laces tied together forces you to think as you move. Another thing you can do is to actually limit your space. Working next to a wall gives you less directions to go and you have to mind not to bump and hurt yourself with the head and so on. As you walk close to a wall you have to get over the need to make yourself smaller. Try walking next to a wall in the street and see if you can keep real close without changing your form by hunching or something else. Also try to walk by a wall as you are looking in a particular direction or a moving object like your dog. This forces your feet to move differently and you will find that by relaxing the hips you can move without tilting and turning and still be free in the upper and lower body. From the hip turn your leg. The body follows the eyes and fingers where they point so point well and do not focus too hard.
