Relaxation via tension. Consider this: Do you trust blindly what your teacher has to say ? Does he want you to ? I hope we all want to know more and understand through living. God can tell us to do and than understand and we should leave this unto him (err her it ?) . Stay humble in both places and see how they relate. I study and understand more each lesson and so do my students. I am glad when they ask me why and how since this reveals to me their thoughts and allows me to give them more and to myself as well. Try this on the practical side. You hit each other using both hands non stop and at some point the tension rises due to bad breath, posture leaning and so on. Another person will help you relax by hitting your limbs with a stick  (bicep muscle of the arm, inside of the thigh and so on) If you will be tense than the tension will nest in. Relaxation and awareness to all things will give you freedom to live through and USE this.

Try this too: One person stands or use a wall and from a push up position (head away from him) climb his body with your feet till you are parralel body wise. Do it without jumping in a controlled manner. Now do handstand push ups (20 will do for starters)
