Tension: Try to tense up and relax the muscles in various ways. First from the feet moving up to the head and relax in reverse. Than from top to bottom and relax. Now tense up indevidual parts and in different ways. Notice how if you tense the fist than the biceps tenses too and in what ange. If the wrist is not aligned than it will tense more. Try to tense the stomack without the back and back without the front. Do so sitting, standing and prone. Try to activate instead of tense up and check what degrees or tension you have so far. Can you move the fingers indevidoually ? Can you release tension in the bending forarm muscle before you activate the one that brings it up ? This is a good game and your attitude will serve you here too. See it as work and it will be. See it as a game or exploration and you will see the mental tension moving out of your way.
