Habits ? All habits are inactive in some way and they contribute or harm without too much thought that goes into it. Can you recall how you brush your teeth ? Get out of bed in the morning ? Pick up the phone from the cradle ? It is very hard to be aware of every monent and live it instead of playing a tape of our greatest hits (habits as a succesful trial that the mind and body use to perform a task) However rotating awareness to different actions will bring a lot of exploration back into your life (like a child learning) and without a mass of tension. I focused on opening doors without using mass shifting (leaning back to pull away and the like) and there where times were I was standing in front of a door for a minute or so just to figure the right angle or breath placement. Going too far is too unbalanced so I reccomend keeping it to a fun play.
