OK, There are many ways to relax under touch and in this case veriety is good so you do not categorise it and than exculde the rest from the “ok zone” so walk roll fall and hit in various ways and in different positions. If you have several people to give attention to one that is also good. If you get more than you can handle or think you can handle you get to know yourself better and in turn it will give better perspective to daily works and you will be more overall relaxed. If you feel you are about to follow a routine or just do it following your feelings and not your self. Try to hold your breath for a while. You can walk a line till you feel you cannot go on and than a bit more and as you recover your breath you may find the urge to go to sleep inside and follow a routine is gone. The same works for specific tensing and relaxing. Try to go over the body and relax one muscle as the opposite one tenses. It is not easy as you go (for example bicep and tricep muscles) and start with the big muscles working to the smaller. Also try to activate bothe muscles and than relax just one in the pair.
