For example going to one knee under or passing over with a stradle. You can also twist around it and kep the torso alighned as you can. Next Move and do the same with your wrist and elbow, shoulder and neck while always keeping contact with the person or wall. When you reach the larger joints it can be easier or different to to do it on the ground or as a person lies under or above you. It will give you a lot of freedom and a sense of placement so you can keep on breathing and moving (in that order) Now a start on awareness start by walking around a place you won’t be arrested in while your eyes are closed. If you don’t trust yourself use a blindfold but it is better to get over this without crutches. Start walking feeling the ground with your feet and hands toward the advancement. Try to do a few basic jobs like visiting my blog or washing the dishes 🙂 Now do the same thing with your eyes held at the back and feel how it changes your perspective as you advance either with your hends toward the direction or not. Do you feel safer with a buffer ? Think about it. We all have a personal space and limiting it creates tension. It can be felt easily by someone watching you and you can feel others watch you too if you are sensitive to this space and local cultural conditions.
