A few things from this sting in the bush:

Your health: so many people injure themselves with improper tightness and weak ligements and tendons it’s amazing to watch. It becomes even more apparent in times of strife but the healthy survive. Not the big and so called strong.

Be modest and a small target. Drawing attention to attributes you don’t have will come back to you and don’t forget you can get more poeple on one chopper if they weigh less

Don’t forget the basics. If you are tired dirty hungry and horny there is a solution for the present: Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. It seems easy but it is the first link in the chain to calm down. Generate real working power and ability to perform for you and yours.
