A simple thing: Put both hands at shoulder width on the ground and now go to the ground as low as you can superman style. Now pass the entire body through your hands and the ground with no lifting of hands and extend to your comfort level (no use to brag in the hospital) and back again. See how you can move with one hand fixed to a pont in a wall or a person and so on and see how your body has different ranges of movement comfort as you inhale and exhale. work to reduce the tension as you proceed and try not to heat up. Sometimes it is hard to remain calm in the presence if a chalange (this or something else) and that leads to single mindedness and following your momentary feelings. This CAN get you killed.
