Lifting an uncouncious person and moving with him/her: First remember that you have to keep from cousing harm to the person you are lifting. This is not some trick to wipe the floor with someone 🙂 Start by positioning yourself between the legs if any. Place one foot at the base to avoid sliding and squat down while keeping form. Look around and remember that for he to get out of there, so do you. Now if there is a torso or stomach wound try to use a rifle (don’t be dramatic, a pipe a door part or even a backpack with a frame will do)  to fix the spine as you can and from there also keep the head from becoming a rag doll by using a thick dressing to lessen the wobbling without pressuring the neck. Now raise the torso to an upright position and slide him on the shin till he sits on your knee. Now stand up while holding unto him and raise him in the inhale and hold on the exhale. It takes very few breaths if you connect it all and otherwise it can be very tasking. once the mass is high it is much more managable to log around though you have to adjust to the shift in balance and use whatever you can to rest on the way. Even a friend to hold your hand in front of you can keep you from falling even if he supplies no actuall push.
