Last post for today (I think) This is an example concerning rolls but it applies to everything. It is not the shape which gets the job done or creates magic. It is the intent and the movement itself. If you rotate your shoulder to the end creating a round shape and than use this to roll over the shoulder it will be weak. If you roll as you rotate the shoulder with intent for this to be the apex (big word eh ?) of the roll than it will be magic. Than it will be alive and whole.
