Simple one: Lower your shoulders (press them down) and lift your arms at the same time. Now raise your shoulders and lower the arms. Play with this drill with variation for a while and see how tou can relax and move naturally without raising your shoulders and tensing up if you are simply aware of it. You can sit in a chair and place your hands on your hips. Now play with the shoulders move them together forward and backwards. (always with breath) shake them and row one by one. You can lie on the floor and do the same or more apparently bring your body up so you are one your shoulders and neck with hands in the air and now walk around in this fluid state. Remember to keep the soft body on the hard ground and use the shape of the floor or earth you are on. Otherwise you are fighting yourself.
