levers are also worked using body movement. (duh I know but still) consider standing or walking and having one or more coming to you and grabing you. Move exactly in the direction they push/ pull in and change the distance and relation between you by steping and turning or even leaning with the body. Be comfortable as you do this and don’t think of getting out. Just move naturally without anger. For example, a person grabs your right hand with his left in front of you. You take a turn to the right povoting on your right leg and step ahead in what is now forward. He will have to change his shape to keep the hold and than you can do what is needed.
