systema plyometrics: (the funny word means spring like movements which are preceeded by a contraction of the opposing muscle group) In systema there is no mention of this tendon work by name but it still here and also is added work on the breath muscles of the diagfram and pelvic wall using the same reverse pressure principle (look it up in yesterdays link hint). Working from down up we start from standing on the toes of each foot with legs at 45 degrees to the sides. Drop down on the heels on the inhale and rise imidiately on the exhale Now stand with toes pointing forward and drop (relaxing the muscles that hold you up) as you inhale and rise using the created elastic power as you exhale. Now from the push up on fists drop down on the “you guessed it!” inhale and rise imidiately on the exhale. (we will soon leave you alone) Now lie on your back with a straight back as with all the work presented here and inhale as you bring your legs overhead (no hands helping) and alow the exhale as they drop (we finally changed the sequence) down.

Remember to see what is in front of you and what is within. Oh and don’t mind the man behind the curtains…
