Nothing special today in terms of movement but than nothing really is. It is the adjustment and learning that matters. The bad fall, the bad practice which leaves you restless but makes you think and see yourself better. Try walking with your palms and fingers from the regular push up position all the way to superman (body fully streatched and only toes and fingers touch the ground) and to chick from silly poster and back (arms edging to the sides 90 degrees from the torso and back with arms straight) this is a fun learning session for moving your fingers. Many times we get into routine and than fight it. Sometimes even that has something to offer. Think about it. learning a step and using it can be opposed to free nature and we need to be able to overcome that too sometimes. We don’t jump back with our back to the wall.
