1. Alone walk on your feet and fists silently. Make no bumping sound as you walk backwards and forward. Flip from belly up to back up and side to side. With partner, avoid getting tangled (as in stopped) or hit by a standing or a crouching tige  err person.

2. Not using your hands to move yourself on the floor and no getting into a squat or crouch on the knees or feet. Move on the ground smoothly without stopping as you breath the movement With partner, Avoid getting hit or put into a corner (try wrestling next to a wall and see how this affects bodily and mentally) as you OBEY the rulles of this movement drill. Remember you are learning your movement and yourself. Fighting is just anothe faccet of this so don’t confuse this and fighting.

3 Standing up strive to be close to your partner as he (ok or she) pushed and hits you in the purpose to move you away. Remember you can choose smartly how to move. One door closes as another opens.
