A slight detail that will help you move more freelly and realistically. Start with one person on the ground either face up or down and the other standing. Press your heel straight down on any part of him and keep it stable. he job is to move away but in a manner that will not move your leg aside but allow it to go straight down. You press with the heel alone to create a pivot point rather than a line. It carries a more surface effect so the body can learn to move on all levels. don’t neglect the head and shoulders, the pelvis, the feet and the spine. See how the placement and rotation of the hands allows the body to move more freely in this context and others and breath to allow motion without strain. If you go all uch@#$@ to get out of the way than you are doing something wrong. Don’t haste as this is a learning proccess.
