Last thing for today I promise. Put palm to palm and fingers against fingers in the front and start to move them and see how and where you can go. Can you reach the back of the head. How much can you turn, can you reach set point in the back and so on. Now place palm to palm at the lower back and do the same. Can you bring your hands between your legs ? and so on… Lie on the ground and put foot to foot and repeat the drill. Do it with your back to the sky and in revers and move from sitting to prone and so on without doing a straight sit up. See how your natural movement grants you freedom.
