A few drills to help your feet: 

1. Sprint up hills and than run down. 2. run with straight legs so you have to release your heels and hips for the work. 3. run on your toes and run on the balls of the heels. 4. walk or run in a regular pace and have someone clap so you shift direction with the clap. 5. run in zig zags (very good drill but remember to do no harm to yourself and be aware of what is happening) 6. run backwards. 7. jump up a chair and down from all sides and than try using just one leg as you maintain alignment and coordination the motion with your breath. 8. keep your feet on the ground and mimik gliding on ice as you move (this is great for relaxing the ankles) 9. stand on one leg with the other on the wall and slowly bend to each direction from the hip. Try to relax the hips so you can transfer the power from both leg traction (ground and wall) to your stability. 10. Go dancing Cool 11. play catch or foot stomping with your mates. 12. put your hands at the lower back and try to deflect hits as your remain on the spot and keep form. In esence you learn to use your feet as hands.
