This is a vertical exercise: One is flat on the floor with hands at the sides of the body as if he is standing. The other places his fists in different spots as he feels where and how exactly tp place his fists so they are comfortable and than do a full push up maintaining the alignment of the forearm and fist throughout. Move one arm and than the other and try to lean as much as you can and go over all the body. See in which cavities foe example the side of the fist fits and where the flat fist fits and so on. Change places and repeat. Maintain your torso alinment as you go along and it will give you power. Next lie down and have a friend roll you using just his legs. Again aim to learn how the body works and as the person on the ground be completele passive and learn how the body unrevels itself if it gets into a bind. Encourage the person standing and rolling you as he learns and give him advice. This helps both of you. One nice thing to try is to place the tip of the foot on the rib cage and roll it forward with the body as one and see how the person on the ground rolls from this little movement. And the screams are good too
