A neat trick to relax and free up your hands. Take an ice cube and move it around in your hand in all the ways you can think of. Bounce it on the palm, move it from finger to finger, slide it on the palm from edge to edge and so on. You have to keep moving to avoid the freeze as in real life.  

Not on the same note: Lie first on your back and feel where there is distance between you and the floor. first roll or cover the distance between the neck and the floor. Do a few movement and see what is comfortable and what isn’t. next the sides of the shoulders as they rotate outside, opening the chest and creating a space in the middle of the upper back and so on to the lower back curve and the hips and attached (if you’re lucky) legs. Note the differences in the way your body is set and moving after this drill and rotate to the chest to the floor side and repeat.
