With a partner stand at a comfortable distance from each other and exchange hits. use body movement as tilting half steping and bringing out your chest or stomach and so on to hit the hit. I mean to either deflect the hit or breaking the structure of the hitting limb. For example a fist is coming my way and I rotate my chest and expand it to hit the fist from the side so tension is created on the alignement of the joints and the structure and force dissipate and you can work. Don’t forget the legs in this and body hits as shoulder hits to the chin and chest and of course the forehead strike to the knee 🙂
