As you know we do a lot of enclosed plyometrics in systema. here is another one to check out: Stand naturally and inhale. As you exhale drop forward from the hip till your ribcage rests on the knees. The purpose is to relax the hips so you literally fall down to the doubled over “pose” Relaxation is key and being able to relax frees up your movement in many angles. Also mind your head.
