To learn hitting and being hit better there is a natural step from hitting whilestanding. Start with one person
standing and the other walking towards him from alldirections and hitting him as he passes without changing
the speed or direction.Relaxation is paramount here and understanding how you work doesn harm :)
Next do this asboth are walking and than as one is walking away and the other has to follow but
withoutleaning into his partner's path as support and breaking his own form. It is always betterto keep your
form in the face of breaking it to gain a hit or a take down as people callthem.
