The importance of failure

Most of what I go for or try to do fails. Many strikes miss, My thoughts stray and so on in the lesson and everyday. We spend a big part of our life doing mistakes so it is important to learn yourself in that situation and grow from it. There is a popular idea that you have to know what you want to happen when you approach a take down or hit. People stop to think and start making small thoughts with their hands mimiking the action they plan to do. If we accept we will fail from time to time and learn to continue as we fail with the goal in mind (keeping your life and so on) than tou have given yourself a great gift. Expecting to succeed is just that, a thought and we hold onto that despite the logical fact that everyone misses from time to time. Next time you study or even walk the street and see a girl who catches your eye (Or a guy for the ladies) just go and say hello. You may experience a miss and find yourself in a situation you are not ready for and that is where your nature comes in. Do what you feel is right and don’t worry too much about the outcome. If you miss a strike to the head, simply lower your hand and pull the collar or something else you thought of, If the girl tells you she speaks bad Russian make use of your face and hands to be understood. If you continue to move as you breath than you have already won. The real secret is not to have expectations and than there is no failure at all. Experience taken with the right state of mind will always benefit you in some way. Think about it.
