It is a lot of fun to simply jump around and free your limbs to take flight. Try these variations: Jump up with a tight body and arms at the sides with no looking down and only feet moving. Jump on heels and on toes. jump side to side and than forward and backwards. Jump bringing your knees to your chest. Jump and arch backwards and bring your feet and hands together. Jump from a squat. jump and spread your limbs to a star shape. Smile and have fun as you coordinate the impact with the breath so it gives you energy insread of you bracing for impact. Think about it.
