A good way to relax the shoulder and loosen the upper back is to place the forearm along the back horizontally to the ground and start moving the shoulder up and down and than in circles in both directions. Listen to the sounds your body is making and the clicks and relaxing tissues do make sounds. Next you can stand with your back to a wall or place your hands on the shoulders of a person standing behind you and start to move the shoulders again only on each shoulder moves on its own. Relax and breath.
