balance is a part of us and something our body does without us noticing most of the time. Try standing on one foot and the other in the air not touching anything for one or two minutes for each leg. At first the muscles of the foot and calf will be mobilized in attempts to balance you and after a while (two three centuries…) you will relax and gain better balance with just the right amount of life in the body. Enjoy and do this with your kids if you have any. A good foundation for things to come.
