A very simple drill. Stand at a comfortable distance (to each his own) and place your hands on your partners shoulders. Don’t place your mass on them or lean forward. Now simply feel the pulse and the breath and wait till you feel the natural pendulum (up and down and other direction wave that form the body) Without any forcing in the arms move your body within the wave ofthe partner and move from the body. Keep your hands free and don’t make claws. Be patient and don’t rush things. Try it also from the back and notice how different it is when you are not face to face.
