Stand in front of each other at a comfortable distance and hit each other with fists along the line where the arm and body meet. Start from the shoulder and travel the whole distance as possible. If the meat gets pinched and you recieve bruises than you are hunched over. If you feel a pull in the shoulder socket you are activation the chest erectors too much perhaps. Check and become aware to this. Know yourself.
